What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, the browser storage we use, work the same way and are subject to the same legal rules.
They can be technical, meaning necessary for the site or a feature you asked for to work, or used for analytics, profiling and advertising. Only the latter require your consent.
What this site uses
The Untold Agency website uses two technical tools, saved in your browser directly by untoldagency.it:
- Name
- untold_cookie_notice_v1
- Type
- Technical, saved in localStorage
- What it is for
- Remembers that you’ve already seen the cookie notice, so it doesn’t pop up again on every page. It only contains the value “1”, no data about you.
- Duration
- Until you clear the site’s data from your browser.
- Name
- uLoaderSeen
- Type
- Technical, saved in sessionStorage
- What it is for
- Remembers that you’ve already seen the site’s opening animation, so it doesn’t play again on every page. It only contains the value “1”, no data about you.
- Duration
- Until you close the tab or the browser, then it’s deleted automatically.
We use no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies. Fonts, images and videos are on our own server: the site doesn’t embed maps, YouTube videos, social media widgets or Google Fonts.
External services used by the contact form
Only the Contact page, which contains the contact form, connects to two external services:
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), from which your browser downloads the code that runs the form;
- EmailJS, which receives the form data when you send it and forwards it to our email.
Like any server, they receive your device’s IP address. They are technical services: we don’t use them for analytics, profiling or advertising. How we handle the form data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Why we don’t ask for your consent
For technical tools the law doesn’t require consent, only clear information (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003, and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021). That’s why our notice has no Accept or Reject buttons: it simply informs you.
If one day we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
How to delete or block them
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others), usually under Privacy or Cookies and site data. Private or incognito browsing also clears everything when you close the window.
If you delete this data, the site still works: the cookie notice will simply appear again on your next visit.
